An interesting insite into Japanese culture, these snacks are Shark Fin Soup flavoured.
The finning of sharks is a controversial issue and the demand for the delicacy Shark Fin Soup has resulted in mass fishing of sharks, including endangered species.
As this is a snack, my assumption is the product contains no Sharks and is am artificial flavouring.
